Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage is the ideal way to relax, rejuvenate and heal. Massage will reduce muscle spasm, decrease pain and speed the recovery of many injuries. It is also a wonderful modality to reduce stress and improve your emotional well being. All of our massage is performed in a tranquil serene setting with soft music and a hint of aroma therapy. All massage is performed by one of our licensed massage therapists. We offer the following massage sessions:

30 Minute Relaxation: 30 minutes of therapeutic massage. This is an ideal combination of deep tissue and relaxation. Perfect for achy shoulders, tension headaches or lower back pain.

60 Minute Relaxation: 60 minutes of full body therapeutic massage. A combination of deep tissue and relaxation.

Sole Soother: The ancient art of reflexology uses reflex points on the hands and feet which correspond to parts of the body to ease tension and restore the body’s vital energy balance. This session can be 30 or 60 minutes.
